1. Acceptance

By using meetnessy.com or joining the Nessy waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nessy.

4. The service

Today, Nessy operates a waitlist for an upcoming platform connecting medical students and early-career clinicians to opportunities — internships, rotations, research roles, and similar. Features will expand over time; these Terms cover both current and future functionality unless we provide separate terms for a specific feature.

5. Accounts and usernames

Provide accurate information. One waitlist entry per person. Usernames must not impersonate others, include profanity, or mislead about affiliation or credentials. We may reclaim usernames that violate these rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond what's permitted.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Misrepresent medical credentials, training, or affiliations.
  • Upload malware or attempt to compromise the service.
  • Interfere with the service or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Referrals

You may share your referral link with people you know. Don't spam. Don't purchase signups. We may void referrals obtained through abusive means and remove accounts involved.

8. Intellectual property

The Nessy name, wordmark, and site contents are ours. You retain ownership of information you submit (such as your username) and grant Nessy a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nessy is not a medical credentialing authority and does not verify clinical qualifications at waitlist stage. Nothing on Nessy is medical advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nessy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $100.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may request removal of your waitlist entry at any time by emailing legal@meetnessy.com or privacy@meetnessy.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll email verified waitlist members. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
